The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site.
Shipping & Delivery
Lemeise Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States only. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order is shipped. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier and is your sole responsibility if the package is lost, stolen or missing. If you would prefer to sign for your package, please leave the request in the Notes section on the checkout page of your order.
If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 1pm EST, the order will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 24 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST will be processed on the following Monday.
Processing varies depending on the item(s) ordered.
Luxury items are currently only available for pre-order. These items will not be available to ship until August, 2017. Once items are shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
Made To Order items are shipped within 7-14 business days. If you place an order for a Made To Order piece “processed” means that we will begin working on the item within the times mentioned.
Tees will be sent out on average within 3 business days of ordering. Estimated shipping delivery times is 3-5 business days. All tees are shipped from a different distribution facility than any other item on the website. Therefore your items will arrive separately if various items are on the same order.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Lemeise Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Lemeise Boutique does NOT accept returns for refund nor exchange. All items purchased on this site are FINAL SALE.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are in “processing” status.
We take pride in every item we ship out and all items are checked before being shipped. However if by some chance you receive a defective item it must be returned within 5 days of receipt. We are not able to exchange defective item(s) after 5 days. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
